LocalThink Inc. may offer software products, subscriptions, digital downloads, developer tools, or professional services. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed.
Digital Products and Subscriptions
Unless a product-specific checkout page states otherwise, refund requests for paid digital products or subscriptions may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Professional or Enterprise Services
Fees for custom development, consulting, enterprise implementation, data work, or other professional services are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, or written agreement.
Non-Refundable Items
We may decline refunds for completed services, usage-based charges, abuse, violation of terms, chargeback misuse, or requests outside the stated refund window.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@localthink.ai with your purchase email, order reference, product name, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
